How do I know my donation is making an impact?
We share updates and reports on our initiatives on our Your Impact page, so you can see exactly how your support is helping feed, heal, and uplift communities.

Are your initiatives local, global, or both?
We support a mix of local and international initiatives — we go wherever God leads us.


Products & Sizing

How do I know which size to choose?
Check out our size chart on each product page. Our fit is usually oversized, so if you prefer a regular fit, we recommend sizing down.

Are your products unisex or gender-specific?
Most of our collection is unisex, designed to fit a variety of body types and styles.

How should I care for my clothing?
We recommend washing inside out in cold water and air drying or tumble drying on low. Always check the care label for specific instructions.


Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be updated or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, we may not be able to stop processing.

How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the “Discount” field. Only one code can be applied per order.

Can I order internationally?
Currently, we only ship to New Zealand. More countries are coming soon, so stay tuned!

How long does shipping take?

  • Australia: Standard: 2–8 business days | Express: 1–4 business days
  • International: Standard: 6–12 business days | Express: 3–6 business days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available for orders over $90 AUD domestically and $160 AUD internationally.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

What happens if my order is lost or delayed?
