Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident with every purchase from The Sowing Sheep. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make the return process as simple as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Wherever possible, items should be returned in their original packaging.

Please note:

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Start a Return

  • To start a return, please log in to your customer account on our website and submit a return request.
  • Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
  • Please attach the label securely to your parcel and lodge it at your nearest post location.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, we’ll initiate your refund to your original payment method.

We’re a small business with a mission — giving back 50% of our profit to the community. Because of this, we aren’t able to offer free returns at this stage. Instead, we provide a prepaid return label for your convenience, with a small flat fee to cover the cost: $10 AUD (or equivalent), plus a 5% restocking fee.

This fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed. We truly appreciate your understanding and support in helping us continue our mission!


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
